On January 12, 2022, TCAS, together with the Toronto Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Canada Branch), presented 2022 Arbitration Case Law Update with speaker Alexander M. Gay, General Counsel, Department of Justice (Ottawa), Adjunct Professor, University of Ottawa, and co-author of Annotated Ontario Arbitration Legislation – Arbitration Act, 1991 and International Commercial Arbitration Act, 2017 (Thomson Reuters). The hour-long presentation, covering significant Canadian court decisions on arbitration in 2021, was followed by a Q&A session.
